How It Works
The Derm NP provides online dermatology consultations for non-pregnant patients aged 18+ in District of Columbia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia. We offer two convenient options for your care! All visits are $37 payable through any major credit card. Payment is collected at the time of booking or when submitting asynchronous consultations.
Take a photo image of your government issued ID on your device. Asynchronous consultations will also need 4 photo views of the dermatology concern.
Create an account through our HIPAA secure patient portal. You will be walked through the registration steps. You will sign telehealth consent forms, fill out patient intake forms, and select your preferred pharmacy. Please be sure to attach your photo ID under “attach documents.” Asynchronous consultations should attach 4 photo views of their condition.
Schedule your live telehealth appointment. You will receive an email with the link to log into your appointment at the designated time. For asynchronous photo consultations, “schedule” your consultation by selecting the time you are submitting it. This will place you in the queue to be addressed.

Quality and Cost-effective Non-urgent Dermatology Care
The Derm NP, PLLC is here to increase your access to dermatology care. We are accessible to anyone over the age of 18 who is not pregnant or nursing in the states we serve. For only $37 we can address your concern with two options to be seen. You can select your non-urgent concern and either log into the patient portal, create an account, and self-schedule your live virtual visit; or create your account and upload photos of your skin concerns anytime to be addressed within 24 hours M-Th and until 2pm on Fridays. Photo consultations received after 2pm on Fridays or on the weekends will be addressed on Monday.
After receiving your diagnosis, if a prescription is needed, it will be electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
